When you contact us we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, and details of the job you need done. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not collect payment card details through this website.

How We Collect It

Through the contact form and callback forms on this website, over WhatsApp, by phone, by email, and through our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram.

Why We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and carry out work, to send invoices, and to contact you about a booking. We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

Legal Basis for Processing

We keep job and invoice records for 6 years after the work is completed, to meet HMRC requirements and to cover any warranty claims. After that, records are securely deleted.

The engineer carrying out your job, our accountants and bookkeepers for invoicing, and payment processors where relevant. Everyone we share information with is required to keep it secure. We do not sell your data to anyone.
