Mo and the team supply and install new boilers across Glasgow. All major brands, properly sized for your home, fitted and commissioned by Gas Safe registered engineers. Fixed price before we start, manufacturer warranty on every installation. Call 07988 591331 for a quote.
Tell us what's up, we usually get back within the hour with a clear price.
No hidden extras. This is what you get for the fixed price we quote.
We supply the boiler from an authorised distributor. All brands are genuine, properly warranted units.
The flue components to safely route combustion gases out of the property. Standard wall exit included.
A magnetic filter fitted to the return pipe to catch sludge and protect the boiler. Extends boiler life and is a warranty requirement on most brands.
A chemical system flush before installation to remove sludge and scale from existing pipework. Essential for warranty validity and boiler longevity.
Corrosion inhibitor added to the heating water to prevent future sludge buildup.
We set up and test the boiler properly before we leave. Not just fired up and switched on.
The Building Regulations notification and Gas Safe documentation required for the installation.
We register the manufacturer warranty in your name so it is valid from day one.
If a power flush is needed on older or heavily sludged systems this is discussed and quoted separately before any work starts. We never add it to the bill after the fact.
Honest price ranges based on what we actually install in Glasgow properties. Every job is quoted individually before we start.
| Installation Type | Typical Price Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Combi to combi swap | £1,800 to £2,500 | Most common Glasgow job, straightforward like-for-like replacement |
| System boiler with cylinder | £2,200 to £3,200 | Larger properties with higher hot water demand |
| System to combi conversion | £2,800 to £3,500 | Removes cylinder, changes pipework configuration |
| Back boiler replacement | £3,000 to £4,000 | Still common in older Glasgow properties, more complex removal |
All prices include VAT, labour, flue kit, magnetic filter, chemical flush, inhibitor and warranty registration. These are ranges based on standard installations. We give you a fixed price on your specific property before any work starts.
The main factors that affect your specific price. We explain all of these before we quote.
Combi boilers cost less to install than system or conventional boilers because they do not need a separate hot water cylinder. Most Glasgow flats and smaller homes suit a combi.
Worcester Bosch and Vaillant cost more than Baxi or Ideal but come with longer manufacturer warranties. We explain the trade-off clearly and let you decide.
A standard horizontal wall exit is included. Roof flues, extended horizontal runs or difficult access can add to the cost. We identify this during the quote visit.
Keeping the boiler in the same position is cheapest. Moving it to another room or another floor adds to the pipework and labour cost. We quote relocation separately and clearly.
Some older Glasgow properties have gas pipework that is undersized for a modern boiler. If we identify this during the quote visit we tell you immediately and include the upgrade in the price.
A heavily sludged heating system may need a power flush before installation. This is identified during the quote visit and priced separately. We do not discover it after the boiler is fitted.
The right boiler depends on your property type, your hot water demand and your budget. Here is how to think about it.
Best for: most Glasgow flats, smaller houses, properties with one bathroom. Heats water on demand, no separate cylinder, compact and efficient. Most common installation in Glasgow. Not ideal if you have multiple bathrooms running simultaneously or live in a larger property with high hot water demand.
Best for: larger Glasgow homes, properties with multiple bathrooms, properties that already have a hot water cylinder. Stores hot water in a cylinder so multiple outlets can run simultaneously. Larger upfront cost but better suited to higher demand.
Still found in older Glasgow properties behind gas fires. These are no longer manufactured and must be replaced with a conventional or combi boiler when they fail. More complex removal and installation. We handle these regularly in older Glasgow tenements and terraces.
Not sure which suits your property? Call 07988 591331 and describe your home. We will tell you which type makes sense before you commit to anything.
We are not tied to one manufacturer. We recommend the right brand for your property and budget.
Up to 12 years warranty. Premium brand, widely regarded as the most reliable on the market. Higher upfront cost, lower lifetime cost.
Up to 10 years warranty. German engineering, excellent efficiency ratings, strong aftercare network.
Up to 7 years warranty. Good value, reliable, widely available parts. A solid choice for standard Glasgow installations.
Up to 7 years warranty. UK manufactured, good parts availability, competitive pricing.
Up to 5 years warranty. Budget-friendly, good for straightforward installations where upfront cost is the priority.
Up to 5 years warranty. Sister brand to Vaillant, shares engineering but at a lower price point.
We recommend the brand that suits your property and budget, not the one with the best installer margin. Call 07988 591331 and we will talk you through the options.
25 years fitting boilers in Glasgow has taught us what to look out for in this city's housing stock.
Glasgow tenements were not designed for gas boilers. Flue routes in converted tenements can be complex. We survey the property before quoting to confirm the flue can be installed correctly. We will not fit a boiler where the flue cannot meet current safety standards.
Properties in older Glasgow postcodes sometimes have gas supply pipes that are too small for a modern boiler's demand. We check the gas pipe sizing as part of every installation quote and include any necessary upgrade in the price.
Back boilers fitted behind gas fires are still common in older Glasgow tenements and pre-war terraces. Removing them requires taking out the gas fire and the surround as well as the boiler itself. We carry out these installations regularly and know what they involve.
Mo or one of the team comes out, looks at the property, checks the gas supply, identifies the right boiler size and type and gives you a fixed price. No call-centre quote, a qualified engineer who has seen the job quotes it.
We present you with 2-3 boiler options across different brands and price points. You choose the one that suits your budget and needs. No pressure, no upselling.
We arrive with the new boiler, carry out the chemical flush, remove the old unit, fit and commission the new one. Most standard installations are completed in one day.
We show you how to use the new boiler and its controls. We register the warranty in your name, give you the Gas Safety certificate and Building Regulations notification, and leave you with a contact number for any questions.
The honest answer. We will tell you the same thing on site.
We will always tell you honestly which makes more financial sense. If your boiler is repairable and worth repairing, we will say so. If you are throwing money at a boiler that needs replacing, we will tell you that too. We would rather give you the right advice than charge for a repair that lasts another six months.

“Our radiator pipe was bent and leaking. They answered straight away… Guy was here an hour later and he was wearing ID, very professional, patient and kind. We just got a new carpet in this room and he done an amazing job on getting little to no water on it. Couldn't recommend enough, price was reasonable.”

“We lost heating just in time for the coldest day of the year with a baby in the house… When I contacted them they were ready to dispatch that night. Fixed by the afternoon. Quoted that morning and no extra charges were added. Honestly cannot thank them enough.”
