Your own supply from the stopcock inwards is yours, the rising main and the shared stack are split between the proprietors, and anything past the building boundary is Scottish Water's. In a Govanhill or Pollokshields close with a factor involved we put what we find in writing so you have something to hand them. Both. A dripping tap gets the same straight answer and clear price as a full bathroom refit. We don't have a minimum job size that's too small to bother with.

Often, yes. If a boiler fault turns out to need a gas check, or a leak turns out to be a heating system issue, the same engineer handles it rather than you having to book someone else in separately.

No. Mo, Muhammad, David, Paul, Kyle and Matt are the team, the same people on every job, not a rotating list of subcontractors working to someone else's standard, and not a franchise badge on a van with a different business behind it.

Yes, 12 months on parts and labour for anything we fit or repair, whichever trade the job falls under.

Yes, for larger jobs we'll usually come out, have a proper look and measure up, then give you a written quote rather than a phone estimate, so there's no ambiguity before work starts.
