Both. A dripping tap gets the same straight answer and clear price as a full bathroom refit. We don't have a minimum job size that's too small to bother with.

Often, yes. If a boiler fault turns out to need a gas check, or a leak turns out to be a heating system issue, the same engineer handles it rather than you having to book someone else in separately.

No. Mo, Muhammad, David, Paul, Kyle and Matt are the team, the same people on every job, not a rotating list of subcontractors working to someone else's standard, and not a franchise badge on a van with a different business behind it.

For some very straightforward jobs, yes, roughly. For most, especially anything involving diagnosis, we'll give you an honest range at best and confirm the exact price once we've actually seen it.

Yes, 12 months on parts and labour for anything we fit or repair, whichever trade the job falls under.

Yes, for larger jobs we'll usually come out, have a proper look and measure up, then give you a written quote rather than a phone estimate, so there's no ambiguity before work starts.

Just call and let us know as early as you can. We'd rather move a booking than have you wait in for a slot that no longer suits, and there's no penalty for giving us reasonable notice, we'll simply find the next time that works for both of us.
