12 months on parts and labour for anything we fit. If the same fault recurs within that window, we come back and sort it at no extra cost.

How do I tell whether my boiler is room-sealed?

A room-sealed appliance has a single terminal through an outside wall, usually round or rectangular, carrying both the air in and the exhaust out, and there is no flue going up a chimney. An open-flued one vents upward into a chimney or a flue pipe and takes its air from the room. If there is a gas fire in a fireplace, that is open-flued whatever the boiler is. Call 07988 591331.

My flat is freezing and the vent is the reason, what can I do?

Deal with the draught rather than the vent. Insulation, draught-proofing elsewhere, and in some cases moving to a room-sealed appliance entirely, which removes the requirement.
