Look under or beside the boiler for a small plastic box, usually white or grey, with a thin pipe going into it and another leaving it, and a mains plug or fused connection. If your flat is at or below street level there is a good chance it is there. If the boiler is upstairs and the waste pipe simply runs downwards into a sink waste, you do not have one.
