New Boiler Installation in Glasgow City Centre

Glasgow City Centre's residential population has grown significantly over the last twenty years and the boilers installed in the first wave of city centre apartment developments in the early 2000s are now reaching replacement age. The first generation of combi boilers fitted in the Merchant City conversions and the riverside developments are typically 15 to 20 years old and due for replacement. These buildings were designed for commercial use and the conversion to residential has often involved adapting the gas and flue systems to suit. The existing gas pipe routes may not be ideal, the flue exits may be non-standard and the boiler locations may be in less accessible positions within the converted space.
